We are Darius and Courtney Pettway aka The Pettways, and a few years ago we started our company Pettway Estates®.
Like many others, we had a desire to get out of the rat race, build wealth, achieve financial freedom, and own our time!

How soon can I expect to complete my first flip?How quickly you complete your first flip varies from student to student. Not only does it depend on YOUR effort, consistency, and discipline, varying factors such as acquisition, renovation timeframe, permit requirements, and closing duration can vary from project to project depending on your specific market.

Can I really flip properties without using my own money?You absolutely can flip properties without using your own money. However, we all know LIFE HAPPENS, so we do recommend that you have reserves on hand at all times.
